I recently had the pleasure of returning to La Barillerie Bed & Breakfast with my family after nearly a decade. The charm of this lovely property is still very much alive, and our host, Hervé, remains as welcoming as ever. My children had a fantastic time exploring the surrounding grounds, where they were delighted to meet the friendly donkeys. It was a joy to watch them connect with the animals and enjoy the nature around them. During our stay, we engaged in various activities such as cycling and hiking, which were enjoyable for all ages. Hervé even shared his abundant walnuts with us, allowing the kids to gather the fallen fruits—an unexpected highlight. the warm atmosphere is accommodating to families, making it easy for families with children under two. La Barillerie is truly a wonderful choice for families looking for both relaxation and adventure amidst the beauty of nature.
